    Best customer service you could ask for!
Made a 6 hour drive to Lake Fork and had motor problems the first morning out.
Brought the boat to Sartin and they had us back on the water in less that 2 hours.
Highly Recommend, especially for people coming out of town!

Installed a mini-split for our enclosed patio. Brandon and his team did an awesome job. Professional install. Great cleanup. System is working fine. Explained in detail how to operate the mini-split and clean the system.
I recommend Ken's heat and air. I have used this company for 28 years.

    Too much detail to post here.  At a high-level, terrible communications on hidden fees.  I counted my phone log, 21 + calls with them and no one explained there was “warranty research” fees; this does not include the other dozen emails.  There was a charge for the time onsite, no surprise for the troubleshooting, with an additional charge to use an “leak detector”.  I guess I don’t understand how you troubleshoot without using the proper tools.   And, at the end of the day it’s the customers fault.  I just refuse to do business with a company like this.  Lastly, surprised that their labor came with zero warranty; another lesson for me.
